Chivas Regal Extra Blended Scotch Whisky is a premium expression of the Chivas Regal brand. It is a blend of whiskies aged for at least 12 years, with a higher proportion of sherry cask-matured whiskies than the standard Chivas Regal blend. This gives the whisky a richer, more complex flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and spices.

Chivas Regal Extra is bottled at a higher ABV (alcohol by volume) than the standard Chivas Regal blend, at 40% ABV. It is also non-chill filtered, meaning that it retains more of its natural flavors and textures.
The Chivas Regal Extra is best enjoyed neat or with a small amount of water to open up the flavors. It can also be used as a base for cocktails that require a richer, more complex whisky, such as an Old Fashioned or a Whisky Sour.
