REFUND POLICY RETURN POLICY Non-returnable items and Non-refundable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as flowers and personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). There are no returns or exchanges on Avenue Fitzgerald Packages. Because all roses are different in color, size and shape, we cannot guarantee that every rose will look the same. We can ONLY change the shipping address if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we recommend that you contact the carrier for an alternative solution. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED? If you unexpectedly receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right. We require our customers to notify any defective or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us by email ( with attached images and our team will be happy to assist you. Approved refunds for defective or damaged goods will be issued according to the original payment method
